(Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs - NSAIDs)

The prolonged use of aspirin, Tylenol, anti-histamines, etc., kill blood platelets that are necessary for the clotting of blood. This may result in bruising easily and so-called age spots. NSAIDs also reduce the body's production of intestine mucus, which can lead to gut permeability. Increased permeability (Leaky Gut) of the intestinal lining allows foreign matter from the intestine to pass into the interstitial tissue (lymph), where it becomes toxic. This condition is also one cause of allergies.
