Tropical Green Reset: An Easy Pineapple Mango OmniCleanse Smoothie

by Smriti Sinha

Some mornings, I want something healthy without feeling like I'm drinking something healthy. You know what I mean. 😊

That's where this Tropical Green Reset comes in. Pineapple and mango give it that naturally sweet tropical flavor, spinach sneaks in an extra handful of greens, and coconut water keeps everything light and refreshing.

The star is DesBio's OmniCleanse, which already combines vitamins and minerals, pea protein, greens, fruits, vegetables and other nutrients in one easy scoop. I love this recipe when I want to turn my usual OmniCleanse into something that feels a little more special.

🥭 What You'll Need

  • 1 scoop OmniCleanse
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 8 oz coconut water

How to Make It

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. If you like a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes or a little extra frozen mango.

Why We Love It

Pineapple + Mango: Give this smoothie its bright tropical sweetness without needing added sugar.

Spinach: One of the easiest vegetables to blend into a smoothie because the fruit does most of the flavor work.

OmniCleanse: Makes the recipe more than just a fruit smoothie by adding a broad mix of nutrients and pea protein.

When to Enjoy It

This is one of my favorite busy-morning recipes, especially when I'm trying to get back into a healthier routine after travel, weekends or a stretch of too many meals on the go. As school, work and busy morning routines pick back up, this is going to be on my breakfast menu at least a few days a week!

Five ingredients, one blender, done. 💚

NHH Tip: Keep frozen pineapple and mango in your freezer and this becomes a two-minute breakfast.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make the Tropical Green Reset ahead of time?
It's best freshly blended, but you can portion the pineapple, mango and spinach into freezer bags ahead of time. In the morning, simply add your liquid and OmniCleanse and blend.

Can I use fresh fruit instead of frozen?
Absolutely. Add a handful of ice to get the same cold, smoothie-like consistency.

Can I substitute almond milk for coconut water?
Yes. Coconut water keeps the smoothie lighter and more refreshing, while unsweetened almond milk makes it slightly creamier.
