Order Status
Once orders are placed customers receive an order confirmation and we do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days.
Once orders leave our warehouse, the carrier is fully responsible for delivery and it can be normal for on-time packages to go a few days without being scanned. We unfortunately aren't able to intervene with packages once they are in transit.
Once orders are delivered please check the packaging thoroughly to make sure all items are received. If you find that you are missing any items please reach out to customer support for further assistance.
If damaged or incorrect items are received please forward an image of the condition of your order and contact customer support within 72 hours of receiving your order.
We accept all major credits cards.
An order confirmation is emailed immediately after purchase. If you have an NHH account you can sign in and access a copy there. Keep in mind to check other email folders as sometimes notifications land in junk or spam instead of the inbox. If it's still not available please contact us and we can resend it to you.
My Account
To set up an account please click on the person icon in the upper right hand webpage. Once on the login page click 'create account' and fill in the requested information to complete setting up an account.
To access your account simply click on the person icon and login with your email address and password.
Access the login page by clicking on the person icon in the upper right hand webpage. Once on the login page click 'forgot password'. Enter your account email address and click 'submit'. A notification will be sent to you with sets to reset your password.
Once logged into your account you will see a profile option. Once on your profile details you should see an option to 'edit' your account details.
Shipping and Returns
Once orders are placed we do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once orders ship a shipping confirmation with tracking information are sent via email. Please allow time for the tracking to update as it takes time for shipping carriers to scan packages once they receive them.
You may return any unopened item purchased from Natural Healing House for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase - excludes special order, expired, or clearance products. (Sales on these products are final.) We are unable to accept open items and returns after 30 days.
Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items or for returns shipping costs. Indicate the request for return and enclose a copy of the order confirmation/receipt.

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for returns shipping costs.
An exception would only be made in cases where the customer is
returning a product due to an error made by us (damaged or wrong product received).
We send a shipping confirmation to customers so that order packages can be monitoring with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue where your order states 'delivered' and you did not receive it please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with location of your package.
Once the carrier has possession of an order we have minimal information on shipment details. Due to disruptions outside of our control there may be carrier delays with tracking or scanning packages. Usually orders still will deliver with tracking update disruptions. Please continue to monitor your tracking and reach out to customer support if further assistance is needed.

Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Products
Backorder or pre-order items will ship as stated on the product page.
Customers can cancel pre-order items prior to the order shipping by contacting customer support with their order ID, name and email address requesting to cancel the item. After orders are processed and shipped we are unable to cancel them.
Homeopathic Products
When ordering homeopathic products for the first time with us we require a general questionnaire form to be completed. Once received we issue a purchase code so that the order can be placed. To access the form please click here to get started.
